I asked if I should make a booking and was told not necessary, just come in I was told.When I arrived was told it would take 2 hours to change 2 tyres ???I left 3 and a half hours later.Seriously never doing anything with that franchise again.

Internal communication zero, customer service avg, attitude negative.Got there for new tyres and end up getting the same with a delay of 1.5 hours, and that is on top 2 hours suggested at drop timeMake a booking 3 days in advance and on time drop offWheel alignment still cannot be done as there is a no internal communication mechanism.Before that just changed one tyre instead of four. Coz no internal communication. Takes car back kept on wheel alignment lift for 45 minutes, changed other three tyres but no wheel alignment.Now comes the worst part of situation when I ask for a refund of wheel alignment as it already cost me too much of time and effort and imagine the attitude here. No sorry, no appologies but one answer I look after you in pricing. Come on really ?!?These type of business can still survive and thrive.

Had my car booked in for 10am for 4 new tyres, dropped the keys off and was told 1.5 hours. Came back an hour and 15 mins later and the car was still sitting where I had parked it, work hadn’t even begun and there was another car in the queue in front of mine. I had to drive 40 mins each way to get there - thanks for stuffing me around and I still need new tyres!

My Tesla has punctuated tyre, I went to a local repairer, and was told the hole was too big to be fixed, I had to purchase a new one which cost $500. At Ben’s workshop, it took him 30 minutes and $30 to solve the problem. Thank you for being honest and skilful! Highly suggested!

Had my second tyre issue seen here today, the team are always very quick, professional. I particularly commend Con’s courteous nature, as it can be intimidating having car issues seen to as a woman by yourself. Con has always quotes a fair price and never tried to upsell me for more than is necessary. Will always return to Bob Jane’s for my tyres!

Can't speak more highly of the service that the manager Ben went too to get tyres to fit my valiant charger. Very pleased with the result.
