Yoga 101is very much more than just a studio. Very welcoming, supportive and community based atmosphere. High quality classes and fantastic instructors who provide valuable personal guidance where needed. The studio have gone beyond measure in care from my first interaction. Genuine pleasure to practice here.

Yoga 101 is a great place to being your practice and hopefully continue it for many years. Excellent instruction and support from all of the staff and members. Just a note here......come to your first class with no expectation and you'll be rewarded, actually that goes for every class that you may attend.
