Frauds! They will give you a good price on well known items such as window replacements or engine oils, but less well known items you need to watch out. They will charge you double amount then others or more.

Prompt and reasonable quote for a repair.I was supposed to get 10am repair and expected to finish in an hour and decided to be waiting in a not fancy office. However, the wrong part was delivered, and I noticed something not going right.After the guy tried to fit in but it was the other side window, and let me come back hopefully by 2pm. After finishing my work at 2pm, I caught a bus to get there, took one and a half hour from the city. Again, the job was not satisfactory, I drove back and requested a proper repair, and the owner turned up and led the repair this time, done in satisfactory level at last.I was very disappointed since I went there with my friend's recommendation. If this happens again, I would rather go to a professional VW repair shop next time.

Staff are amazing and friendly. My car is an European car, and requires synthetic engine oil. I had looked at several other places and they asked me to pay at least $180. Thank god I paid only $110 here. Outstandingly reasonable pricing!
