Quick and professional service. I first called them for a minor repair to my ducted heater during which they discovered dangerous cracks in the heat exchanger. When l decided to purchase a new system a week later l didnt hesitate to call them and it was promptly installed.

The RMS team with Anthony did a great job of replacing our 20 year old Daikin split system in our 3rd floor apartment. The new Daikin system provides AC and heating through 4 indoor units and a roof-mounted converter. The team was friendly and professional. They finished the job in one day, and left the site neat and tidy.

Having Tim and Anthony come to install a new ducted heating/cooling system, you could not ask for more professional, well equipped and capable people.They worked so fast that the anticipated rain that did come that day didn't cause any issues, and almost 2 weeks on of daily use, the quality of the work is outstanding. Highly recommend for any servicing or installation needs for the calibre of workmanship and professionalism.

The team from RMS arrived on time and worked really well together to install a multi split system and separate large split system. They were respectful of our home and cleaned up as they worked from room to room. We couldn't be happier with the systems (so far!) and highly recommend RMS for advice and installation - very professional with great after service.

RMS quoted the job and gave me a good understanding of the work. They gave me good advice on choosing two split systems installed not too long after I accepted the quote. On the day it was muddy, they took great care not to bring the mud into the house. They did a great job on the installation, and I'm thrilled with the outcome. They've been working very well in all seasons (we removed our gas heating and replaced it with two split systems powered by solar during the day). I would recommend working with RMS.

It was a geothermal ducted system (heating, cooling & hot water) replacing gas ducted heating. They were very thorough and completed the whole job in 2 days. We're really happy with the system including the izone remote control system and we're glad to be getting out of using gas.

Disappointing had heater unit replaced in double storey roof, guys did a great job, all was good but forgot to put the roof tiles back in place and with all the rain didn’t realise issue until water came through plaster and light fittingsI appreciate this is a simple accident but when I emailed the company and let them know there was zero acknowledgement

The technician Tim was very professional and did a top quality job in replacing cooler pads and cleaning system plus useful tips . RMS was very quick in quoting and assigning the job, very happy with the service, highly recommended!
