extremely poor customer service. went there yesterday to buy rejects at discounted price. items are not discounted at all, price tags aren't real. just check your receipts after buying or y'all end up buying on higher price. noted this with the young staff but rude enough to dismiss the issue. this is not the only time i experienced staffs being rude. Managers even worst, trust me. just keep on coming back because target doesn't have it all and I support local businesses as much as possible. not recommend this place unless desperate for a cheap (not really) items.

Great store full of wonderful little items, many things you can't find in the big stores. Prices are very good and reasonable. Staff are nice and helpful. It's a small store but has just about everything you need.

Has everything you need at reasonable, affordable price but the young girl that served me could have been more helpful when l pay for my things because l wasn't happy when l didn't get my receipt after she asked me and l would have like to receive my receipt but other than that the Reject Shop is a good place to save some money on things you need.

The Wangaratta store is cool and has a wide range of products but some of the staff is very rude and condescending. That being said, most of the staff are lovely and helpful.

Wonderful staff whom are very polite. However on the way out after I had payed for my items this extremely rude man says to the cashier “do you like your job? If you want to keep it then I suggest you fix the order in which you serve customers” I was dumbfounded. This man had already payed for his items and was just heckling this boy. However, he handled himself extremely well as he was diplomatic and calm throughout the whole situation.

Made a special trip to the store as their advertised sale started today. Was looking for a couple of items advertised on the front page of their advertising pamphlet delivered to my home. Asked if they had any and the staff member asked me if I’d checked the shelves. I had and asked if he could check if they had any or might be getting any in. He told me a hard no and that if it wasn’t on the shelf it’s just too bad. I really don’t think my request was out of the ordinary for an advertised sale item. Poor customer service
