OMG these guys are amazing! I accidentally put the wrong fuel in my car and after being on hold to roadside assist, then being told it will take up to 90 mins to get a tow truck out to me, Marlena called me within about 10 mins, and Brian with his tow truck was there before I could even call my husband with an update. So incredibly quick and given I was on the side of the highway on my own for over an hour, I was so appreciative. More so - given I was a lone female on the side of the road in the truck stop - Brian was concerned to leave me on my own and offered to drive me down the road to the Bunnings so as to get me out of the cold, something to do and in a safe place. Thankfully Husband was only 10 min away. I got a call first thing the next available business day to give me an update and tell me when I should expect the car back. Really impressed with the service. Thank you!

Fantastic and prompt service from Welch's, with battery failure 80 km from Bathurst we were stuck. Their approach was good honest professional service which is rarely seen these days. At no stage did we feel abandoned in the bush, their communication was 1st class. Back on the road within a couple hours. Many thanks to Brian and Marlena.

I would highly recommend Welch's Towing, Bathurst. They very promptly came to tow our vehicle from a quiet country road in the freezing cold and dark. Even better, they brought a car with them for our family of 5 when most towing firms could only accomodate 2 people in their trucks. Their service was impeccable and all was done quickly, efficiently and cheerfully. Highly recommended.

They went above and beyond the normal business conduct when rescuing my daughter when she was alone in a remote part of the country. They did all they could to assist asap and helped ease my worries and feeling of helplessness. I cannot thank them enough.
