Saw two cockroaches run past me while I was here. I believe the health department needs to take a serious look.

Don't go here if you expect your privacy to be maintained. The old woman (not a dispensary worker and has no business knowing your script) and Asian pharmacist will discuss and laugh at you. Unprofessional in all aspects.

Staff are really rude when paying and don't ask if you have a RAC card for discount when you go back to complain about this with a receipt they try too cover there backside saying they did ask. They'll never see me again.

My partner came looking for help in regards to a burn. I asked someone at the front desk where we might find/what might be good for it and the girl didn’t really know anything I had found the dressings before her reaching a response.I further proceeded asking someone at the pharmacy counter what is the best bandage for a burn and she had no clue.I waited to ask another pharmacist who I thought pointed me in the right direction of what to by, to only find out a day later that her recommendation made the burn worse.All in all don’t go to this chemist if you want advice on how to treat things you might as well ask google got the correct answer.

Waited 10 minutes for service at their locked sale perfumes only to have a staff member tell me they were really shirt staffed. Really?

Service was unreal. The lady who helped me purchase my shoes was so helpful that I will be returning to the store again.

I received very unprofessional service from the primary pharmacist on the 20/10/22. I'm on the autism spectrum and I have an incurable illness. It is disappointing that I was treated in such a dismissive way. I was condescended to and treated like a nuisance.For whatever reason, the pharmacist initally presented the problem I was having as being unsolvable. I knew the problem wasn't unsolvable, so I spent about an hour in store, trying to solve it myself. When this failed, I became so overwhelmed that I had a meltdown. It wasn't until I had a meldown, that the pharmacist helped me. It took him less than 5 minutes to solve the problem I was having. How very bizarre to withhold solution from a customer! I still can't make sense of it.I really do implore this pharmacist to be kinder and more compassionate to their customers in the future. Some training promotimg autism awareness would be beneficial too. I would also urge this pharmacist to consider if working with the public is truly what they want to do.

Terrible service. The Pharmacist who 'served' me had terrible communication skills. No concern about privacy as he raised his voice to reply to my query, despite strangers in close proximity. Completely arrogant behaviour and a thoroughly degrading interaction.

I got a script from here a few weeks ago and it was a low price, so I thought I’d get my next batch from here again as I was in the centre. It’s always a long wait here but that’s to be expected in a busy shopping centre so I normally drop my script off and do some shopping then come back. Anyway yesterday I was charged $7 more for exactly the same product! When I questioned them about this they said “maybe it was a different brand” (it wasn’t) “were you on concession?” (No haven’t been on concession for years and have never been asked for a card or anything) and basically fobbed me off, said I must have made a mistake and charged me the higher price! I have found that in the past they’ve been more expensive for scripts (particularly after Wizard took over) but I thought maybe they’d become more competitive.
