Was refunded $10 cause they over charged me. Price tag said one price and then was charged a higher price once scanned at the counter. Felt very sus, even the refund book had quite a few people from the last few days with $10-$20 refunds.

My partner and I were looking for a lot of MX items yesterday and I am not the best shopper with limited patience.Re the store - the range is excellent.Re the service - we were helped by Gerry who I cannot say enough good things about. She was unbelievably personable, helpful, knowledgable, funny and patient (with me in particular).Gerry not only had a fantastic knowledge of all of the products, but gave excellent recommendations for everything we were looking for - including finding the perfect clothes when I was ready to give up!I felt like I had a personal shopper, and Gerry knew perfectly when to help and when to give us space. (We were there for about 2 hours in the end)We ended up walking away with boots, clothes, helmet, goggles, gloves, barkbusters and I am sure much more.We had the option of shopping elsewhere, but the fact that Gerry was so amazing, meant that neither of us wanted to spend money with anyone else.This gushing review may seem like a plant, but I guarantee it is genuine, and if you are looking for someone who can make shopping for MX gear a dream, then ask for Gerry.We will be back again for sure, and if we could hire Gerry ourselves, we would. An absolute asset and credit to the business.I hope very much that the store reads this review, and gives a bonus and a promotion to Gerry as a result.6 stars.

Great store, everything was quick and easy to find. Pricing was reasonable and from online searches i found this store to have alot more options for cleaning products and parts compared to others.The guy behind the counter saw i was looking for an airfilter and couldnt find it and immediately came over and asked if i needed help. Aswell as helping me with other things i needed.Made the shop simple, quick and easy.Will be back again,Cheers

I consider myself a difficult customer and can easily say Josh was patient, well informed and very honest.What an absolute top bloke, if that bloke doesn't get some sort of extra from this review I will not be back!I bought cleaning products and a cover for.my new bike. Cost me $114, prices were fine too.

Great service, thought I chose the right fit helmet, one of the staff assisted and fitted me with the correct helmet along with all the gear I needed.Keep the good work up!

I called the shop to make sure if they have oil filter for my bike and she told me yes we do have , I went all the way to auburn and she goes to me we don’t sell it!!!!! So why you said yes at first point, you can’t be that stupid.Wasting time and absolutely unprofessional.Plus my refund didn’t back to my account and I told her again.she said takes sometimes then bank confirm the transaction but no refund made at all, unbelievable
