Rylock Windows & Doors - Sydney

Overall build quality really good, even 1 year later. Double glazing and sound insulation properties are working out really well. I've hardly used the fireplace or AC to the extent I used to. Stacker doors are holding up really well and still roll very well & smoothly.

We are very happy to have visited Rylock's Kingsgrove showroom and engaged them for our sliding doors and windows. Their products are great and their customer service has been top notch. Jodie and Angelique were so patient in answering all our enquiries and even delivered samples to us in person which we really appreciated. We're very happy to recommend them to others and will use them again in the future.

We installed double glazed double hung windows in our drafty Federation house in June and it is drafty no more!!! These are the best windows and the best investment we’ve ever made in our house. All winter we have been cosy and warm in our house. They also have reduced the street noise incredibly. Our house feels like a cocoon from the outside world.Jodie from Rylock was excellent to deal with and Bruce from the recommended building installation company was fantastic.Could not recommend highly enough!!

Really great service and good quality windows. The staff at the showroom were knowledgeable, supportive and guided our way through the different options, even provided valuable feedback on the design that turned out to be spot on. I've found their aftersales service fantastic, too, which is a good indication that they care about the customer (rather than just the upfront sale). Definitely recommend them.

Update to review:The windows are now installed and the quality is excellent. We are happy with the installation, even more so that they cleaned up after themselves! We would recommend and use again.Only other comment is that it would have been nice to receive an email after we'd paid the deposit to say the windows were now being made.Old review:A disappointing almost saleWe had high hopes for Rylock in Kingsgrove after attending their showroom. After a number of days this quote had not been received so we emailed enquiring about its status and complete silence. This has left us feeling very disappointed. Perhaps it's because we only" wanted 2 windows......"

We recently replaced 5 windows with Rylock and are very happy - choosing double glazed sliding and double hanging windows to minimise noise & keep in the warmth. From the appointment in the showroom through to quotes and installation, the team made it seamless and easy for us. In particular Rob, Josh and the Installation team did an outstanding job. They took out tricky steel frames with minimal mess, worked tirelessly to get the job done in 2 days and saw that every detail & finish was perfect. They took care of everything and kept us updated on every step, including advising us when they hit timbers with previous signs of termites. They were polite and organised. Rylock you have a great team and we are very happy customers! Thank you!

Good quality double glazed windows, really dampened the noise from outside. Chris helped us out on selecting and then designing the right window for a renovation. Not the main office (which is in Kingsgrove) so you have to call ahead and make an appointment. Kind of expensive, I never thought I would pay so much for windows.
