Bond Cleaning in Brisbane

Left walls and floors dirty, and dust on ledges, double charged my card, offer guarantee but half way through clean took it away, had to deal with three different companies each subcontracting one to another. No refund for half the job done. Had to go and clean the house myself. Not again.Edit 27 Jan 21: You have my details. We were engaged in many emails back and forth where you refused to meet your service we agreed to, that is to actually clean. The contractors you use are taking you and your customers for a ride. You also have the video evidence.

These guys are the most unprofessional people on the planet. Rocked up 40 mins late. Then this 17 year old boy walks into my apartment with NO cleaning products and proceeds to take videos out on my balcony (view of the city on Brisbane River), then does a 20 min walk around a tiny apartment telling me he’s inspecting it. Then in very broken English he asks for full payment. Seriously it’s a scam. Just don’t even try these guys. We had to tell him to leave. His boss called me and abused me and told me I wouldn’t get my deposit back - when I said I would lodge it with the bank he called me an F’ing A donut. They’re just scammers.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANYI booked this company 1 week in advance and they harassed me with multiple calls for full payment upfront.It was my first bond clean experience and I needed help because I was unwell and couldn’t do the clean myself.Four large men showed up and I was not comfortable being there in the apartment on my own with them so I asked how long they would be (they said at least 3 hours) so I said I would be back just before they finished. I even confirmed with them what they would be cleaning and was satisfied they were going to do everything required.I came back to the apartment an hour before they said they would be finished and they were gone, I looked around and could see quite a few things hadn’t been done: balcony hadn’t been cleaned, windows weren’t touched, walls not even spot cleaned, oven not done, air con vent on wall not done, dryer alcove not cleaned, floor in bathroom had muddy footprints from them and the apartment smelt awful like bad body odour from the men being in there.I called the company and they told me that I should wait until the final inspection and see if I pass and anything that doesn’t pass and is part of the guarantee, they will come back to clean for free. She said if I get them to come back for a RECLEAN before the final inspection then that’s my FREE clean and anything additional will cost me.I knew then that I’d be scammed! They seemed to be very well drilled in how to deal with my complaint and I could tell there was no way they were going to help me and they simply didn’t care less.I was so stressed that I wasn’t going to pass the inspection and did as much as I could myself to try and fix the areas. I was also working full time and living in the new place an hour away when the original cleaning appointment was arranged so it was a big inconvenience to come back and fix at night time.I didn’t pass the final inspection but got back there and fixed the issues myself because I wasn’t wasting any more time with this company.I wish I had read these reviews before I booked but I guess I didn’t think that it would be such an issue to get good bond cleaners (especially considering these guys weren’t the cheapest either).

This company is absolute fraud. Hire them to do bond cleaning for me, they left apartment dirty, forgot to mop balcony floor, left barefoot marks on tiles, half of the apartment needs to be redone. I contacted them to organize reclean, waited an hour to call me back, no no one did... I called again, they said they gonna fix it, but not today. contacted them the next day to get a time frame for the job and they hung up on me.....

Looks like my review from a while back got deleted somehow- DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY- super unreliable and will not do the full work. had a bond clean done which they left in a dirty state with boot marks all over carpet which needed to be cleaned by another company as they kept offering excuses on why they couldnt come back. Will just go quiet when you chase up reimbursement for an bad job. Even had their own cleaners reaching out to me via text to offer statements against them as they weren't paid for their work

PLEASE DO NOT USE!!I had my one bedroom apartment in the city bond cleaned and:1. They arrived hours late after the person who was meant to come apparently cancelled because they didn't want to go into the city2. They called numerous times asking for more money for things that were included in the bond clean above the amount I was already paying of $590 (which for a one bedroom apartment isn't cheap!) - this made the whole experience super stressful and it would have been way easier just cleaning the apartment myself3. The carpet cleaner complained that the living room was bigger than average so he needed more money (this is a one bedroom inner city apartment) and that was even though the bedroom had a built in bed so there was barely any carpet in that room4. After receiving countless calls the day of the clean with excuses and asking for money there were a list of items that didn't pass the real estate inspection which should have been cleaned, requiring a re clean to be done (they didn't even vaccum)5. After numerous attempts to contact the company and organise a reclean they kept putting me to message bank or saying they would reclean the apartment but then didn't (there was meant to be a 1 week bond back guarantee if the apartment didn't pass the inspection)The whole point of getting a bond clean was to make the move out process easy, to get a bond back guarantee and to get my bond back. I ended up stressed and with a poorly cleaned apartment. 0 out of 5 stars

Requested services for a carpet clean and bond clean. Carpet clean was fine, but for bond clean some obvious stuff was missed. This is obviously expected and is fine as long as the cleaner comes back and cleans it. We gave clear photos and a list of all that needed to be recleaned, but even after the reclean most of it was missed. At that point, we needed to finish the cleaning ourselves since it was time-sensitive. The additional effort on our part was about 2h total, so not insignificant. This is on top of already needing to pay $100 extra for 'additional effort', so the quality compared to the premium price we paid was not justified. Not going to use the service in the future.

bcic.com.au cleaned my rental property in 2017 - and I posted reviews at the time and posted photos - but that review seems to be missing. I had to reclean the house myself. Read recent detailed reviews to make up your own mind about BCIC.

The worst experience.Happened some time ago and still will not admit any fault or refund.Landlord found cleaner and girlfriend having a picnic" Nothing had been cleaned in hours.Then left with nothing cleaned and refused to come back.Company made excuse after excuse. I ended up having to pay a second company to do the job
