Woollam Constructions

This is administrative headquarters of Woollams and I am happy to recommend them. We, The Green and Clean Team has worked on construction projects as the builder's cleaning crew. We spent 2000 hours onsite at Ozcare Aged Care Facility at Hervey Bay. Experienced builders who know what they are doing.

Our experience with this company has just been bad and gotten worse. They were supposed to start a job to repatriate our shed and garage after the floods 11 months ago. Their project manager has made our lives very difficult. As it's an insurance job they have not made us a priority. We worked so hard to empty the garage and shed in time to start today to fund that the project manager cancelled the job. His name is Shawn and he was very rude in front of the subbies as he was explaining the scope of works. My wife pulled him up on it and the next day, on 21st December he cancelled the job, no warning or explanation. We found out today. Don't trust this project manager named Shawn. Don't believe him. Don't deal with him. Should you be unfortunate enough to have to deal with Woollam, make sure your project manager's name is not Shawn. They have pushed us to take a cash settlement, time and time again and then let us down. So if you can choose another builder, I recommend it.

I spoke with Natalie on the phone today and she was extremely helpful and friendly.Then I spoke with Jeremy and he patiently answered all of my questions.Great people and super helpful!!!!!

great management staff. very professional and efficient builder. pays on time, and project management teams are always treating us to free lunches, pizzas, bbqs etc.
