Lowes Lithgow

Has what you need in clothing, sales bring prices down to cheap prices, good store, have bought a lot of clothing from there.

My son and I were travelling to Orange from Sydney to see our Mum/Grandma with the relaxation of the Covid-19 restrictions. We were 30 minutes from Lithgow when we realises we had left all our clothes/layers in the carport in Sydney. We googled and found a Lowe's in Lithgow to buy some emergency clothes. We rang and explained our plight to the lovely lady who ran the store. She said she would normally be closing soon but would wait for us. We arrived right on closing but she gave us time to select what we needed and we had a pleasant chat in to the bargain. $150 worth of clothes later we were set to tackle Oranges chill. The lady also tossed in two sets of thermal fingerless gloves as well. I didn't get the lady's name but I hope she reads this and remembers us. I can't thank her enough for what she did to help us out. I hope this review goes some way to expressing my thanks. If you need menswear and you're in Lithgow I would go straight to Lowe's. They are good people.

Went in to buy some stuff no one was in there to serve customer so I went and knocked on the back door Nicely when a lady came out man was she angry that I knocked and was rude told me that there was no need to knock

Left almost as fast as I entered. Worst inhuman service I've ever seen. I wasn't even acknowledged as I entered the store except for the woman behind the counter screaming have you checked in yet!!!!?"Will never return and will never recommend it will always tell people to avoid I've always shopped at Lowe's I will never shop at Lowe's again I've always said good words about Lowes I will never say good word about Lowes again"

Lowes is Lowes, but this store in Lithgow is blessed with terrific staff, friendly and patient.

Friendly staff they go out of their way to help you find things in store or online. Always ready to have a chat and make you feel welcome.

Staff are always friendly.I would also give the company 5 stars. My husband bought a jacket a year ago, wore it a handful of times and the snaps came off. I emailed them on a sunday saying how dissapointed I was. I didnt have the recipt. They emailed me back the 1st thing the next morning asking for photos. By the end of the day they had offered a replacement or store credit.Thanks for that Lowes!
