Wow... Just Wow!! What started as a basic kitchen reno turned into a complete half renovation of my townhouse, encompassing kitchen, lounge / dining, toilet, laundry and external decking. Ben and his team displayed the highest levels of professionalism at all times, from demo to install, to walk away.Ben is meticulous in his design, an excellent communicator, and his expertise was evident in ensuring nothing was overlooked in the preliminary stages. His team are well organised ensuring the site was left immaculately clean and tidy and more important, liveable, on a daily basis. He accepted my request for last minute changes with patience and a smile and managed to incorporate these variations into the original timeline, so the job was completed on time. Ben and his team are the ultimate professionals, extremely polite and accomodating. They design, build & present amazing projects, while happily working at a frenetic pace and even cleaning up after themselves as they go!Whether it was replacing the rotted deck, designing and building the external rainforest shower, constructing an ensuite from scratch, building the carport and the extremely complex pergola - all results have surpassed my expectations.I cannot more highly recommend Ben and his team for any manner of construction jobs.

Ben and his crew are an absolute pleasure to work with. We had a very tricky job to install a gas heater into our lounge room and to create a new fireplace to accommodate it. There were many technical and practical challenges to overcome, and Ben approached and solved these in a methodical, consultative, professional and creative way with the end result being excellent (to say the least). Our new fireplace looks like it was always there and we could not recommend Ben more highly... his entire approach was first class. From the immaculately clean end of day clean ups to the high quality workmanship, attention to detail and the thoughtful and measured approach he takes to executing the work. I rate this aspect extremely highly because as an engineer I see the absolute value in thinking and planning first, before jumping in and 'smashing stuff out as quickly as possible'. Ben is a rare example of how the trades can produce excellent, top quality work that meets or exceeds expectations. My wife and I could not recommend Ben and his team more highly.
