Our property manager Ashleigh is very professional and manages our properties well. She response quickly to any of the our requests or the requests of our tenants. We have been tenants in a property managed by Ray White Caloundra for about 3.5 years now.From the outset it was evident that we are valued as tenants, and our property managers have always treated us with kindness, respect, and all-round friendliness.During our tenancy we have had dealings with around 4 or 5 property managers, all of whom have been fantastic communicators, respectful when entering our home, understanding when things go wrong, and diligent with all aspects relating to our tenancy and the home we rent.Our current PM, Ashleigh-Rose, is always cheerful and I enjoy chatting with her when she visits for routine inspections.
