The fact that trading hours are 7 till 3 weekdays and closed weekends is utterly ridiculous.

Never received an email saying that it's arrived to the locker. I therefore have no passcode for the locker so have no way of picking it up. Once again Australia Post have provided me with appalling customer service.

Yeah like the other reviews say. They never email or text me to tell me that my package is here. Then they send it back because I didn't collect it???? Maybe if you would deliver to my house in the first place for once then this wouldn't even be a problem. I am sick of this company making me want to end my Iife.

this is the very worst in postal services. open during work hours, shuts at 3pm and not open on weekends making pickups impossible! shape up AusPost for heavens sake!

Please communicate to delivery drives if a parcel hasn’t had someone home to sign for it to instead leave it with the post office at mountain gate. A 3pm close time doesn’t allow any time for those doing normal working hours to pick it up.

Shocking service from Australia Post. They are doing their best to drive their customers away. I had a card placed in our letterbox to collect an unexpected delivery from overseas. So the parcel is now stuck at Edina road. This branch is closed on weekends and we work during its opening/pickup hours. I rang Customer Service and eventually got through, but only to receive the response and I quote You get only one chance to answer you door". When I asked if it could be dropped off the next day or taken to the Aust Post branch in Mountain Gate 1.7km's down the road (open Saturdays) - the response was to pay for a new delivery."

No opening hours on the website but 7am to 4pm collection hours. Would have loved to know this BEFORE picking up my parcel. No idea why they wouldn't put it in the locker WHERE I SENT IT!!!
