Had my furniture and belongings in storage before moving to Queensland my son knew the code to get into the gate came back for 2nd load found storage unit padlock cut and when door got opened had everything stolenSpoke to management and they said they could go back in footageWhen police asked for footage they said didn’t have any so I would never use this facility again

Booked storage for a spa with driveway access, access wasn’t sufficient to get the spa into the storage, National storage wouldn’t give a refund, they were told what was going into storage yet didn’t advise the access that it wouldn’t work

My experience with national storage - Berkeley Vale has been beyond amazing and helpful thought-out my time of renting a unit. Staff are so friendly and helpful providing loads of information.Their facility is extremely clean with amazing access throughout the grounds. They also provide pallet jacks, trolleys, and power connectivity.. They have boxes, containers, moving bags, covers and loads more to purchase at great price to make moving easy.Highly recommend Berkeley Vale National StorageAbsolutely brilliant.
