Priceline Pharmacy Garden City

Had a pretty poor experience today. Purchased cotton tips at the store. Arrived back at work around 30 minutes later and all the Q tips flew everywhere as as i lifted the box, whole box emptied onto the carpark floor. Had a look and the seal had been torn. Box was not touched the whole time so it had come like this. Went straight to the underwood store which is next to my work and bought another box as I needed them to treat a wound straight away. Thought i'd give garden city a call to see if they could do anything but they declined and said I should have called immediately, which I pretty much did. Anyway I kinda get how they couldn't do anything as I could of just taken them and claimed a new box, but was still a little annoyed at the experience.

This store has EVERYTHING!!! Heaps of friendly approachable knowledgeable staff. Sooooo many products to choose from. The store is clean well lit, fully stocked and has clear displays. I'm always buying more than I intended to because I've found something that I want or I need. Being a member has its perks too!

I find the staff ( both sales and pharmacists ) to be very friendly, understanding, supportive and caring. I will continue to get whatever I need at Priceline Pharmacy Garden City.

Quick and easy, with friendly staff happy to help if you look lost. Showed a product they had on their website and found it immediately with their help.Bought aloe vera cream, they also have a larger bottle but this is a good convenient size.

I visited this store today to purchase a six-month supply of rosuvastatin based on my prescription, which indicated six repeats. However, despite requesting all six, the pharmacist only provided me with a one-month supply of tablets, stating that they couldn't provide the full supply due to a lack of dispatch history with me. This was a new experience for me, and I found it quite odd. As a result, I am leaving a one-star review, as not only did I waste my time, but I now have to go to another pharmacy to buy the rest of my required medication.

Fina the beauty manager made us have the most amazing experience while browsing perfumes. She was funny, helpful and just overall lovely! We left with smiles, giggles and smelling good! Thank you Fina <3

Our first visit here and Katherine Ngo the pharmacist was very helpful assessing my wound and giving some advice without/with prescription. Her advice helped us a lot to obtain the prescription we needed and even after that spent time trying to find the best option to heal my wound. I highly recommend this pharmacy and we thank Katherine for her generous help to help us obtain the treatment we needed.

There was this one particular lady who is often at the counter, with gray hair. I don't know her by name. She has always been a joy every time I had her to process my payment, to be honest. She always has a warm smile, and something nice to say. It's definitely just courtesy talk, but with a little bit of extra something that I can't put my finger on. It's like she's genuinely interested in building a rapport during that brief exchange, without going overboard like some of the people in the industry tend to do (a trait which I'm not a fan of at all). Gives off the vibe of that friendly Mrs. Nonna in your neighbourhood who everyone knows and likes, and has nice flower beds lining the garden hahaShe was the reason why I always go to this particular branch whenever I need to go to Priceline or similar shops when I used to live in Qld until about 4-5 months ago.
