My initial contact with Music Junction Australia was via the telephone, when I spoke with a very helpful person that answered my questions succinctly and offered additional solutions to my inquiry.I placed my order online, which was smooth and intuitive. Following this, I received regular emails advising where my order was within the delivery process. It only took about a week for my order to get from Victoria to my door in Queensland. My order was very well packaged, and it was obvious that great care had been taken in this regard.My view is that Music Junction Australia takes great pride in providing excellent customer service, which is why I will happily give this business a 5-star rating.

Bought a book online and immediately got an email explaining they wouldn’t have it in stock for over a month and even offered me a refund if I didn’t want to wait. I told them I was happy to wait and they kept me updated throughout the process which I really appreciated. They even posted it express shipping for me. Even though I waited about 2 months for the book I was blown away with the communication and fantastic customer service. Was my first order and I definitely will be buying through this store again. Thanks guys!

My experience with an online order was great! The first guitar that was shipped to me had a crack near the neck, which wasn't easy to spot. Kristjan and team were prompt to respond and shipped me my replacement immediately.10/10 would recommend!! Great customer service , good prices !

Excellent service and fast shipping. Ordered a guitar and nicer strings, store phoned and offered to install them before shipping. Great to have a store willing to go the extra mile to improve the experience for the customer. Prices were also fantastic! Can't recommend Music Junction enough!

Big shout out to Jason who was able to set my American Series Ash Telecaster back to factory specs after I had made a dogs mess of the guitar !!! Plays like a gem again (action, intonation, neck and bridge perfectly set up) Same day service, everyone in store was polite and friendly. Thanks again folks, there's a reason why I keep coming back!!
