Got the spicy and dry. Flavour of broth was ok, not as much depth of flavour as I would have liked. The dry noodles weren’t too bad and went down well. The options for veges and protein were quite limited in comparison to other places. There were condiments which appeared very watery, only real downside was that there was no station for toppings such as fresh shallots, coriander, fried onion, fresh chilli etc. The two people who came after us got their food before us which I found pretty weird. I liked the fact they also had milk tea and fried chicken which I will give a try another time. Customer service was wonderful.

Good good friendly service. Nice place to eat for a quick meal. Free drinks (water) and self serve sauce area. Also other options such as drinks and side dishes

Great selection of food to choose from and the staff are friendly! Gets busy so don't come past 7 if you want a seated! The soups are amazing and good location as well!

This is the first time I have eaten malatang at a restaurant and I must say that I am pleasantly surprised. It is relatively cheap for the amount of 'things' you can get in your bowl and the soup bases are delicious. I ordered the spicy soup and it isn't actually spicy - just a tinge! - so I definitely recommend it. The workers are so sweet and nice, I would definitely go here again.

I recently visited this restaurant with my family and we were so impressed!There are 3 delicious broth to choose from and I love how they have a large variety of protein, noodles, mushrooms and vegetables for us to mix and match.We tried all three broth (spicy mama, grandma’s vegetables and mama’s braised beef).My personal favourite was the spicy mama. Reminds me of laksa but they use milk instead of coconut milk. Just ask for mild if you don’t want it too spicy. You can always add more chilli from the condiments/sauces booth.Highly recommend!

This place has become my absolute go-to for tasty noodles and dumplings that hits all the right spots.One of the things that sets Mama Tang Cabramatta apart is their efficiency. You won't have to wait forever for your food to arrive, and when it does, it will be hot and fresh. The broth here is absolutely amazing - whether you like your food mild or spicy, you'll find the perfect balance of flavors to suit your taste buds.As for me, I'm completely obsessed with the Spicy Mama and Ah Gong Dry Noodles. These dishes are my go-to every time I order, and I can't get enough of them. And the portion sizes are very generous! Mama Tang Cabramatta is incredibly generous with their soup base, so I'm always very satisfied and full after my meal.But it's not just about the food - the customer service at Mama Tang Cabramatta is fantastic. They're always friendly and helpful, making sure you have a great experience from start to finish.Overall, I'm absolutely loving Mama Tang Cabramatta and can't wait to order from them again, whether it’s eating in or ordering takeaway.

Got the 'Sour Nana' soup base. Tasty but did feel the thirsty effects afterwards.Fresh greens and good variety of dumplings, meats and seafoods. They were cooked well.The restaurant does get busy, and thus may feel cramped and stuffy. The condiments are communal and placed in open air jugs. Did notice some of the cutlery weren't cleaned properly, so opted for the one time use chopsticks. Food was alright but dine in experience could be better.

The lady at the counter is very cheerful and her customer service skills are exceptional. She saw that I had my 2 year old toddler with me when I went to pay for my bowl (I ordered spicy soup) so she asked me to grab a baby bowl behind me and offered to cook some items from my bowl with plain chicken soup at no extra charge so my toddler could enjoy it.The sauces station is also very neatly organised with plenty of scissors available so I could cut up my toddler's food.Highly recommend!

Love coming here for malatang. The atmosphere and vibe of the restaurant is super cute and the staff are so friendly. Although the selection may be smaller compared to other malatang restaurants, their soup is what stands out to me. It sets them apart from other malatang restaurants and one of the main reasons I keep coming back. My favourite is spicy mama. I love how the sauce area is self-service, making it easy to make dipping sauces for my food. I just wish the area was a bit bigger, as it can get very crowded during peak hours.
