Provided very fast service with 100% accuracy on a large family order at lunchtime, quite impressive!External part of the store was going through a partial refurb so couldn't sit outside at the time.Staff very friendly as well, including a guy fastidiously clearing/cleaning tablesNeed to tidy / spruce up the toilets for full 5 star rating

I did not be handed the think with the meal. When I was back after it the guy with long beard was very bad atitude. Plus No body in the shop was wearing hat which make food safety concern as well.

Shocking experience. Delayed drive-through. Poor service. Workers have to keep hair nets for 3 months before replacing them and get in trouble if they replace it weekly. Non-existent health and safety regulations. Disgraceful. Appalling behaviour. Lower your standards before going here.

The food is always predictable and tasty. The store was the cleanest takeaway store I have ever been into. Even the toilets were not offensive like you normally encounter. Well done HJ Gympie. You operate a clean pleasant store!

Usually it’s okay But 2 times out of 5 times we are getting burgers without any sauce at all and they charge different prices for Cheeseburgers & Hamburgers however the burger will be the same every time as shown in the picture.

Grease is the word…..Ordered online and still had to wait for our order when we arrived. Croissant was greasy , hash brown greasier, onion rings even more greasy. coffee milky. Should have had the burger hubby super happy with his.
