Animals are grass-fed, meat is organic and local, and you will be greeted with a smile and leave feeling like you've been a loyal customer for 10+ years! Emilio's is the best butcher in Sydney (probably all of NSW!)! I used to buy my meat from the Orange Grove markets, but Emilio's meat (especially the steak!!!) is better than any meat I've ever tasted at any restaurant! Enjoy!

Friendly service from a really knowledgeable gent carrying a great - and diverse - range of products. The biodynamic lamb shoulder that we bought a couple of weeks ago was exquisite, and I was really heartened to see Emilio offering mutton as well as just boring old lamb! This is a must-visit, and much appreciated, addition to the peninsula.

Discovered this butcher through friends and it’s very very good!!Got ribs, sausages, beef burgers and a cacciatore salami.The salsiccia punta di coltello unbelievable!!Well done guys!!

I’ve been a long time and satisfied customer until last Thursday. I entered the shop and butcher #1 was busy serving, so I took what I wanted out of the freezer, saw the price, put the goods in my bag and left the exact cash on the counter. Suddenly butcher #2 charged out of the workroom and shouted, NO, NO it goes by weight. I pointed to the marked price. He argued it has changed, took more of the same from the freezer and put it on the scale. I said I’m paying the marked price. Butcher #1interrupted his customer to say I was right.Very aggressive service wasting time of 4 people when my purchase needed no service. I left angry and not going back.

First place in Sydney that actually cares about the product. Ask them anything they are so knowledgeable they almost know the animals name let alone the farm it came from. 10/10, quality, service and value for money. True organic grass fed no grain rubbish it's good to see someone is finally catching on! Keep up the good work see you guys soon.

Perfect cuts, the butchers share their knowledge, are generous with their time and their fine accompaniments are impeccable. I live an hour away and save my meat purchases for when I'm in the area.

I popped in this afternoon and I was so impressed by the quality of the meat here and the passion of the man who helped us. I picked up some beautiful prosciutto and lonzino. It was so delicious, I immediately went home and had both with sourdough toast and thinly sliced tomato (recommend). I can't wait to go back and try more

I came across Emilio's by pure chance about 2 years ago. I purchased some pork sausages whish were the best I have ever tasted. I travel from the Sutherland Shire regularly just to buy Emilio's sausages. Well worth the trip let me tell you.

It’s no surprise these guys have such great reviews. From the moment you walk in, Will and Milko are an absolute delight. Both are super hospitable and passionate, the meat is great quality and the service makes it such an enjoyable experience on the whole. Highly recommend.
