QML Pathology

Very rude. Never answered their phone either. Been trying to call for days. Had to drop a sample, didn't know that they only take fluid sample on weekdays. The nurse on counter was very rude and aggressive. They refer us to another branch that did not even take sample on Saturday. Will never come here again.

This QML is great because there is a Sullivan 10m opposite it, GO THERE INSTEAD. Lovely staff and no made up excuses like you get from QML which are clearly just a poor management issue.

I’m super nervous about needles and these guys were the best. Super funny and definitely know how to calm someone down. I felt super dizzy and nauseous and they let me take my time, no rushing and got me to lay down. Super kind!! 5 stars.

Brought a client here to get bloods done. They both watched me struggle to keep the door open while wheeling him in and never offered to help entering or leaving that place. They stopped me right at the door and made up a poor excuse as to why they couldn't take his blood. Excuse was they need someone to hold his hand while getting bloods and they have to be experienced". Have come here 3 times before and each time our workes had held his hand

Sort your reception staff out. I understand it’s the new year and the holiday period but you still need to act professionally, I get it up u would rather be away with family but we all have to work at some point. If you don’t like your job just simply quit there are people out there who would kill for a job and do it with a smile and would be rude like yourself.

This morning was my third experience at QML North Lakes since being diagnosed with terminal cancer 6 months ago. Perhaps it’s the QML culture because several Staff there are rude, dismissive and treat people like they are inconveniencing them. Presented there this morning feeling very unwell from chemo, clearly distressed to be told they can’t access my ongoing monthly file/ appointment for bloods. Funny… Sully/ Nic only require a Medicare card to complete the same request. Will not expose myself to their poor treatment again and will be changing companies. If I could rate as 0 I would because this is the third incident in 6 months.

Lady at reception was rude and just had a bad experience, and the parking there was terrible so wouldn’t recommend going to that QML, if anything just go to Sullivan Nicolaides, every single time I’ve had to go to a Sullivan Nicolaides pathology clinic the staff have been so super friendly and happy to do their job and it’s been a great experience overall

Walked in this morning for blood test. After scanning the QLD QR code and spoke to receptionist and collcted my token #. I sat on an empty seat corner of the room. After few min, the receiptionist rudely asked me to sit outside. I just told her that there was an empty chair and sat. Thats fine. I went outside and asked her when you will call me for my blood test. She just took my token and told she will call me. Then I realsied, there is no point in waiting here and her body laungaue was NOT at all positive. I just went to next QML centre (Level 1/10 Endeavour Blvd, North Lakes QLD 4509) next to it. In 2min , everything done over there.To, QML Winn Street Centre Manager - Please educate your receptionist about how to behave and manage patients politely. ZERO * to her.

They were fantastic with my teenage daughter. Explained how the blood drawing process works and even showed her the centrifuge machine. Very friendly and informative. 5 stars.

Lazy staff who refused to do a test on Saturday 11 June at approximately 9:30am. Reception manned by an islander lady who in conjunction with another lady decided that they do not do urine test for a company who hires QML to do their pre employment drug testsThey play with peoples jobs!Also they refuse to give you a mask for entry so you are required to run to the chemist to buy one, all other pathology clinics issue masks
