Pacific smiles always provide quality work for their patients. Dr. MUHAMMAD AL-SAYEED'S handwork and skills are brilliant and he takes his time to explain everything and he is very through. Would love to come back for my 6 months recall appt.

Dr Sun Chit is so professional, gentle and friendly. Always a smile on his face. I used to be so anxious seeing the dentist but he instantly calms me down. Great service!!

Good customer service, good doctors for dental hygiene.

I have seen Dr. Al-Saeed twice now and it has been the best experience I’ve had at a dentist. He is honest and transparent, and will proactively offer options that balance your oral health with keeping costs down. I have ADHD and am sensitive to noise, and this is the calmest dental environment I’ve seen - even for my first filling. Dr. Al-Saeed regularly checked in to make sure I was okay and didn’t need a break. Highly recommend booking here.

I'd love to provide you a review of their dental service but unfortunately due to the Smiles administration" Im unable too.- Early August I rang and made an appointment for 30 Oct.- Early Oct received a call from Smiles Admin that my appointment date of 30 Oct was now not available and I'd have to book another time;- Given a new appointment (06 Dec) date by Smiles Admin;- Contacted on the morning of 30 Oct and told sorry your new date 06 Dec is also now not available.- Pacific Smiles then told me I could have my original booking (which they cancelled) which was in 15-minutes time if I wanted it. I explained I was over an hour away in the CBD and couldn't make this booking in 15-minutes

Bala is the most thorough, informative dentist I have come across. I have Sjogrens Syndrome and it’s good to now have a dentist who understands the issues that go along with that

We find it hard to maintain continuity of care here, we find a good Dentist that we feel comfortable with and we then are told that they are no longer working here. It's frustrating with making appointments for they seem to change all the time. We haven't been happy with billing lately, we seem to be getting charged a ridiculous amount of money on our visits lately. Sorry but we will be going elsewhere in the future.
