I requested a quote for a simple order, and S.S.S were unresponsive. I chased numerous times, and when I actually got the quote it was over double the original price online when I submitted the order. After questioning the price, I've had no reply. Very poor service!

Great job Stone Solutions. We did an engineered stone overlay on top of existing laminate benchtop. All team members conducted themselves professionally and special thanks to the install team particularly Jade who went the extra mile to ensure the job was completed 10/10. Will be recommending Stone Solutions in future.

I hade a Silstone bench top and splash back installed in a fourth floor unit. The total experience was simple and easy. I was able to go to a show room to select the appropriate colour and the original quote done off my measurements and photos remained consistent. The measure up completed by Blake answered all my questions and they even identified a way to maintain the original quote give the difficult access. The install was done in a professional manner with the team taking care to clean up and ensure there was no mess. It looks great and I would totally recommend the team at Stone Solutions.

Had to chase constantly to get any information and they were totally unreliable with installation. They took 70% deposit before the measure. I lost days of valuable work time and my kitchen was not operational for days.I had to chase for a date for installation. Was finally given a confirmed date and I booked the electrician and plumber to come in before and after to disconnect/reconnect stove, sink and taps. I scheduled my work meetings around this. Also booked cleaners. Emails I sent with questions went unaswered.At 6.30pm night before installation they sent a brief email saying there was an issue and it would probably be the day after. I frantically rescheduled electrician, plumber, cleaners and all my meetings. The next day I rang to confirm the new date and it was confirmed, so I reconfirmed the electrician, plumber and cleaners.Day of installation: they said they’d arrive at 8am, no show, I rang at 9am and was told they weren’t coming. They gave lots of excuses and said maybe next week. I complained and it was tentatively booked for the next day, they said they’d ring back to confirm at lunchtime. No-one rang at lunchtime so I rang and they confirmed the next day between 8-9am. I confirmed once again the schedule for electrician and plumber. Next day 9am came and went, no phone calls to explain. I rang and was given more excuses and told they would be here at 10am. They offered me a free cutting board. 10am came and went. Rang electrician and plumber once again to postpone them for 3rd time and rescheduled my meetings once again.The cleaner was unable to be rescheduled. Most of my work week by this point was non productive, I work for myself and so lost lots of income.They turned up at 10.30am. They didn’t put down any dropsheets and drilled, leaving silica dust throughout my apartment. I received a non-automated email for the final 30% before they finished with no apologies for all the delays.

Faced with the problem of removing and replacing a damaged granite kitchen benchtop, with the associated probable damage to the tile splashback, we were relieved when Blake advise that Stone Solutions could fabricate a 12mm overlay in engineered stone that would glue onto and totally cover the existing benchtop. We also had the opportunity to change from black granite to a lighter and more durable stone which helped to brighten up a 20 year old kitchen.Right from the start we found the professionalism portrayed by Blake and his staff was of a high standard. They made an effort to keep our costs at a minimum, arranged when each step in the process was to be performed and completed all work to schedule. The workmanship & attention to detail was of a very high quality.We couldn't be more pleased with the job.

Stone Solutions has gone above and beyond with the craftsmanship and expertise. They ensured all finishes were completed to a high standard and communication was perfect throughout the marble stone top installation.
