After calling other battery places re a Victron Smart Shunt I was pleased to get very friendly over the phone technical support, stock was put aside at Heidelberg and picked up. The staff were very helpful at the store and offered further technical support if required. Very refreshing to find a business that does all the simple things well. Thank you !

Awesome shop - got a warning on my Mazda 6 saying to check the istop/i-eloop battery. Called this place and had an appointment for a check within the hour. They identified a corroded battery, gave me a couple of options for replacing it, and installed the new one for me. I was going to do it myself but I'm glad they did it - they scrubbed the corrosion, added anti-corrosion stuff for free too. Prices were honest too. Great to deal with, very kind people.

I have used this store twice to source battery’s for my cars. And have had excellent service!I had to order in the AUX battery for my Mercedes. Wasn’t charged any money until the store were sure it was the correct battery (from another store) they even got the recommended battery brand I requested.Within a day I had a call back to say it had arrived and to come in to have it fitted.When I arrived I was greeted with a smile and friendly staff they checked itThe part fit and happy days!Highly recommend this store for your battery needs. Will definitely use again. Thanks so much
