TQM516N installed in august 2019 and already have voltage rail error just after 1.5 year. my old brivis last for more than 10 years no problem whatsoever. the dealer told me to do a regular service while fixing this. I bought a heater and not a car.

After four years the heating unit I have is breaking down regularly. The customer service is appalling. I'm really sorry I went with a braemar unit. The cheap unit I had before this that I inherited with the house 17 years ago was better than this 6 star piece of rubbish

2 brand new heaters faulty out of the factory. Seeley international would not compensate me or even refund my money. Inferior product. Sales reps never respond to calls or emails & when they do its empty promises.

14 month old heater TQ 430, already third failure.Stay away from this brand . My Brivis lasted 15 years before it failed.

Unit broke down in less than 6 weeks. Been waiting for over two weeks to be fixed. They are happy to charge thousands of dollars but that is all. If you do not want to be thousands out of pocket and still be freezing stay away.
