Three Balls Red
Had the best experience at Three Balls Red with Kymmy. She helped us choose tiles for our bathroom and laundry for our new build. Couldn't be more happy with our selections. A beautiful store with extremely helpful staff. Jasmine and her staff have such great taste and if you are stuck or confused with what to choose they will point you in the right direction. Really disappointed in my online experience buying tiles from here.Preorder stated that delivery would be late March. No update was given that this was delayed until I contacted the company for an update.I received the tiles late April.I understand delays happen but communication would have been appreciatedThe one email I received without me contacting you for more info, was an email that was incorrectly sent to me and was for someone else’s enquiry.Once I received the tiles I was upset to find that three of the twenty were broken. I needed them for a project straight away and used them anyway which was my decision.The tiles are beautiful and I wish I could recommend to others I just felt let down by your customer service and communication.

I just wanted to thank Donna & the rest of the wonderful team at Three Balls Red. I have continually received expert service & design advice over the past couple of years and to be honest I wouldn't go anywhere else. They are the one stop shop for not only tiles but lighting, cushions, mirrors etc.

We chose Three Balls Red to supply our tiles in our recent renovation. It was an easy decision after entering their showroom and seeing the quality and amazing choices they stock. Rebecca provided incredible service and was able to bring our inspiration and imagination to life, she was so helpful the entire process. We couldn’t be happier with the quality of our tiles and how quickly we were able to get them! Would highly recommend.

Outstanding customer service from all staff. Great communication re ordering of my tiles and assistance with selection. I love my tiles, they are so unique and different to what the other shops have.
