Can I rate less than one star. So sad that all the Instagram posts are so positive and happy and everything is wonderful. No measurements on the garments that your ordering so you trust the fact that they say true sizing. So I order 3 garments in a size 16. No way are they a 16 an 18 wouldn’t even fit. I wear Witchery and Country Rd size 16 with no issues. I contacted them immediately and they will only issue a store credit. I explained I won’t be able to use it as their sizing runs small. I said I would put a complaint to fair trading and I needed the owners details and ABN as it’s not on their site. The girl said she would get back to me which hasn’t happened. It’s all good until they take your money. I’ve now put a complaint in as they cannot provide me with anything that fits. Thank you TSID Clothing. Such a sad day that you could single make out and make me feel so insecure about my body as a woman of my size.

Personalised service from fabulous staff. So welcoming and helpful. I tried on a pair of pants and they were so comfortable I left them on ... all day long! I highly recommend making a trip here, I came down from Central Victoria just to shop at TSID.

The clothes are quite ok but the customer service is very average. You feel like a painful inconvenience rather than a customer! Service really needs some work. If it keeps up I won’t be returning, no matter the state of the clothes!

Shopped here for the first time yesterday. What a fabulous experience. Was greeted with a warm smile, friendly conversation and helpful advice. Even changed my mind on what colours I was buying based on her opinion. Certainly glad I drove over an hour to visit this gem of a store. I'll be back many more times. Added bonus clothes look exactly like they do online as they do in store. Great quality clothes and reasonable prices what more could you want.

Great clothes. Customer service was lacking though. Reading other reviews customer service was great. Perhaps today was a bad day. Will try again another time.
