I found what I was looking for and was attended to by a kind young woman, but the other woman with glasses should have had a kinder and more patient attitude considering that she is facing the public. I would go back but I would not want to be served by that saleswoman with a bad attitude.

Terrible quality and worst customer service. The screen replaced a month ago has cracked itself this morning. The girl who answered the phone does not even want me to bring to phone over having a look AND said it’s not covered under 6 months warranty as I must damaged it myself.Do not waste your money here. Go to other phone repairer with better quality and service.

Cannot recommend them enough. I was told I couldn’t get my battery replaced without the screen breaking, but they were able to do it with no problem. Fast, great communication, very friendly, and good prices. They can count me as a loyal customer from now on :)

The lady with glasses seems to be extremely unhappy about her job, she’s got an attitude and I don’t know what’s her problem considering your top of the range screen protector is $60 plus which takes 2 minutes to put it on, I would expect to be treated with respect and some sort of customer service.
