Great service. I go in every week to pick up medication and staff are always very friendly. If they don't have something stock they are happy to order it in for you.

They are very supportive. Excellent customer service. I wasn't able to come to the store to get my medicine. The lady from this pharmacy organised an quick delivery for me. I got my medicine the next day. Highly recommended.

Fantastic Service! Steve and his staff are all so very helpful and nice, it’s the best customer service I’ve experienced in such a long time, not only in pharmacy but in general. This Pharmacy stands way above the rest including the large stores. The staff are helpful, knowledgeable and if they don’t have a product you want they will do their best to get it in for you. I’m a customer of Hume city pharmacy and the services they provide are many, such as free webster packs and free home delivery and much more . The staff there are very friendly and helpful with what ever you need they give you their undivided attention and know what your wants are and offer helpful advice. Personally my experience with the pharmacist and staff has been always helpful and caring. Highly recommend them as your one and only pharmacy in the northern suburbs

We moved into Coolaroo in January. I’m usually not willing to use pharmacies near medical clinics because of the prices charged and the limited stock. Hume City Pharmacy are different. We’ve now been 4 times, both for prescriptions and additional items. Each time, the pharmacists have been extremely helpful, offering choices between generic and branded medications and being very open to answering questions about the medicines. Excellent range of non medical stock and the prices are consistently good.

Staff are always helpful and courteous. Last month, they offered a free home delivery service. When my first prescription was required I gave them my new address. They said it will be delivered next day. I waited all day and nothing had arrived. I was disappointed to know they took my medication to my previous address. They promised they would bring it by the end of the day. When it arrived, they did not have a EFTPOS machine. She said they will call later for payment. They never did. I had to chase them two weeks later and make payment.Today 25/02/21 just after 1pm, I left my prescription at the counter and waited like everyone else. After waiting what seemed like an eternity, a customer who came after was given their medication before mine. When I asked where my medication was, It was frustratingly just waiting at the pharmacist’s table ready. Staff should be more alert with their duties and communications with customers.It’s a convenient as a chemist as its next door to the clinic.

I can only give praise and compliments to everyone in this pharmacy. The staff are always helpful and extremely polite, They are more than happy to explain your medications to you and if there are any side effects. Thank you so much to all the staff there. A++ all round.

As a family, we have used Hume City Pharmacy for a long time. They have always been fantastic. And thankfully, the new management has not disappointed us.They are always helpful and always greet us with a smile. We always get excellent customer service and everyone these is always ready to answer any questions we have. I can't recommend them enough.Best pharmacy out there!
