Recently renovated our home and had the guys from Peninsula Curtains do the job. My initial enquiry was handled very promptly by the receptionist, which lead to a professional measure and quote, in the same week. After submitting the order, our plantation shutters (and some drapes) were installed on time and exactly as we wanted. 3 months on and we are extremely happy with the job. Will be renovating a rental property later in the year and will definitely be having these guys to that job.

I needed curtains quickly for bedroom privacy & promised 3 weeks to installation. My material was in stock so no problem. It's now week 5 & 3 phone calls later and still no sign of curtains. Only to be told it was actually 4 weeks waiting time and they put the order in a few days after the sales consultant so technically only 4 weeks. Very disappointed.

UPDATE: you did get the email! When we didn’t hear back we called to discuss and your employee was looking at the pictures we sent whilst we were on the phone! The curtains don’t need replacing as it’s only the heading material that’s disintegrating. Surely this can be replaced. Curtains should last longer than 10 years! We have family with curtains from your company that are over 30 years old and the heading isn’t disintegrating!Spent $15,000 on curtains 10 years ago now parts of them are disintegrating. When we asked them for advice on what to do they didn’t want to know us! We’re not expecting free replacement or repairs but some advice on what to do would have been nice. Didn’t respond to emails and when we called they very rudely told us there’s nothing they can do. Extremely disappointing!

Slow response for an updated quote, 2 weeks passed, still waiting for a shutter quote. They did measurement 2 weeks ago already. Shouldn’t take so long

Terrible service. I paid a deposit on the 9th April, for see through blinds, & they were finally installed 15th June. I wanted to have the blinds installed before I went on holiday mid May. Had I known they were going to be so slow I would have got another quote. I kept being told that the material hadn't arrived, and they promised they would install them at 9am on the 4th of June a few days after my return. At 9.15 on the 4th I had a call to say the material had a fault in it and they hadn't noticed until after the blinds were made. I would have to wait longer. I then get a text to confirm" the time for installation. You can't confirm something you haven't arranged. They just don't seem to communicate with each other. I'd get a text from one mob

Could possibly be the worst experience I have had in years. Great service ended with the payment! Instal was over a month later than promised. Work was so poor that I needed to reinstall at my own cost the following day. My father also purchased a awning which fell off the wall within 24 hours.
