Worst car wash ever. I went there yesterday morning, not busy time. Paid $100 for premium wash including polish. Fairly shoddy wash and wax. Car still had big spots of dirt and marks everywhere that were never cleaned off and clearly visible immediately following the 'clean'. Interior also very bad, no attention to detail. Won’t go back.

My car has never been cleaner. Manager Hendra and his team did a fantastic job. I've had cheaper detailing done but the results from Stream were noticeably superior, so worth the extra money.

I was told that the $95 package may not clean the minor bug splats on my car and told don't complain if it's not clean". Not sure what planet you guys operate on but how does that even sound reasonable. Left else where

When I asked for the doors to be cleaned they said the $75 car wash and internal clean I paid for does not include a wipe down of the doors, and went on to complain that I had too much dog hair in the car. If they charge more for cars that are dirtier or messier than their usual standard, they really should have inspected the car first and given me an accurate quote, which they did not do.

I hadn't been able to wash my car in several months and it was getting ridiculously dirty. My tire rims were completely black with road grime and break dust and my car had spider webs and built-up dirt everywhere, and tons of leaf little on the floor on the driver's side.Got the Xtream wash and they did fantastic job! My car looks great inside and out the rims arw sparkling. Looks as good if not better than when i do it myself, but saved me a couple hours work while i shopped nearby at chatswood chase. I will definitely use them again.

The $75 clean of my Kia Seltos was extremely poor. It was as if the inside had not even been cleaned. I could honestly do a better job myself in 5 minutes. What a joke.

Had my car washed had to pay 85 dollars for a mid tier cleanung and tbh i wasn't very happy had to call them to fix up a few things, car still had spots and spider webs, was still pretty diety, the staff however are friendly and did a quick polish to tdy and inprove, will i be returning p? Probably not, was it worth the money, not really, are the staff friendly and kind? Most definitely

Have been washing my car with them over a year, good location and very convenient. Purchased the prepaid package 4 times. Only complains are sometimes not washed thoroughly when it's peak time, and sometimes left a bit toilet smell on the car's floor mats, suspect possibly got a bit of their waste water on it.
