Did the auto wash. Did a pretty good job. Very happy for the most part, only negative, my 4wds running boards were still dirty. They looked like they weren't touched at all. Otherwise $20 well spent.

I changed $20 and put $10 in the wall machine. Nothing happened, what a rip off, and no where to contact anybody. Won't be going there again. Bloody thieves

The eftpos never works at the dog wash. Ourselves and another group both left to go around the corner as both our phones and cards weren't getting accepted. The facility is nice but this is the second time we've had this issue.

It used to be best carwash in Mackay, but now it seems something has happened. There is not that same power with high pressure as it used to be and end of the wash my car was full of stains.It seems that its time to buy pressure washer to home.

Visited this place over the weekend as a bit of a spur of the moment thing and because the kids have never been through a car wash before. The experience was nice, very enjoyable. The quality of the wash was low, there was still water on the car after the 'blow dry' and the ceramic coating did nothing, when I got home I inspected the car and had water spots on the car.The next day I noticed dust had settled on the vehicle making it look worse than before I washed it, the wash that was used doesn't have any kind of repellent or wax apparently. It's back to hand washes and waxing for me.

There are 2 dog wash areas here. It was easy to use, took card payment and I was happy with the results. Remember to bring a dog towl with you to help with the blow dry at the end.

The eftpos won't credit extra credit back like other facilities do. The pressure washer stopped with about 1 minute to go. Accidentally hit 30min button not 5 28mins left bad luck. They make profit on your loss.

The wash and vacuuming areas are always clean. There is a dog wash facility onsite as well.As of late I’ve noticed (I have a white vehicle) the wheels, rims don’t seem to clean and road grim on the ute isn’t coming off and I need shammy. I’m selecting the top level wash
