Rubbish online courses.. i have done this course at an actual venue twice before and its never taken this long, even now they are only 4 hour courses for Food safety.. only reason for doing online is because i have a newborn.. this has taken me over 10 hours to do and now a practical course signing for 3 seperate times meaning another 3 days.. and thats just one practical, there is another.. DONT WASTE TIME with these gimmicks, online is a scam and its easier and quicker to go to a course NEVER AGAIN ill support this ... DONT DO IT!!!! ONLINE COURSES ARE RUBBISH!! THEY EVEN ADVERTISE GET YOUR CERTIFICATE IN ONE DAY!!! LIES

the course was well structured and elaborated to students understanding but took them 3 weeks to issue my certificate and need to train your staffs who answer the phone as she was very rude and impatient

Very disappointing support, once they have your money forget any assistance. There are many similar training options available and I would highly advise you to seek another. I have written very few reviews but these guys are just don't deliver.

I did my RSA online and had my certificate within 3 day great experience easy to do...would use them again for further courses

I enrolled (paid) in a RMLV Course and on the very next day needed to cancel it because no longer needed the course. I contacted Club Training via Live Chat and spoke to Emily first. She was really helpful and understanding. She gave me the Admin direct number to complete my request. I then called them and spoke to Erin and then Bee and to be surprised they both were super friendly and attended to my request promptly. What I thought would be a bureaucratic and tiring negotiation ended up being the easiest and most pleasant conversation ever. I hope they see this feedback. Over half of the external links for useful" information relating to the RSA course do not work. The fail to provide information about the requirements for the video assessment. I highly recommend against using CTA training "specialists" as it is just one long fustraighting process and they just make it more difficult then what it needs to be when providing information regarding requirements (no requirements are on the assessment). The only information i was provided was the theme of the video (refusing service to an intoxicated patron) and when i can expect to hear a response nothing about things i had to mention (laws
