Called the business for the Quote for the above the ground pool Install, was looking to install an Container pool, as they were the recommended installer from the manufacturer. the customer service agent attended the call advised she will charge the $475 to do a quote which includes title search, personal background search, etc.i mean i am only for install quote including answers for questions like -: the access issue and whether this container pool can be installed at my place,ETA for install avaliblity pre summer. and if yes then happy to get the quote and then pay any application fee . but the answer was we don't do quotes without $475 paid. i have never heared of the quote fee in the industry. in the end she said any ways i will email you the fees and link for online application for the quote , pay the $475 and someone will call you from Swimco.I am very surprised to hear that people are trying make of potential customer who are looking to give them business .i will not recommend them , based on my initial interaction with them.
