Jess truly cares for her clients and the planet. I drive a long way just for her excellent service and advice. Not only does Jess customise my facials based on what my skin needs but thanks to her I now have a regular skincare routine that heals rather than harms my skin.

High quality and range of vegan friendly and organic skin care (minus high cost!).I've had a deep facial, removal of skin tag, eye lash tints, and TV brow. I am extremely pleased with the results ... (the removal of skin tag didn't hurt at all and the TV brows were very neat).Thank you Jess for a wonderful experience.Highly recommend.

Jess is such a sweet soul, she’s down to earth and really talks you through each step of the treatment she is giving you. She has a passion for learning and teaching and this really shines. I love my tinted / waxed brows and only trust her with them! Cannot wait to come back for more facials and treatments x

I've been going for a couple of months now on a programme to improve my skin and pigmentation. so far the results are amazing and am very happy with progress so far! Jess is amazing and passionate about helping me achieve my results. She is invested and really wants the best outcome!! So happy I found her as many previous attempts with other beauticians haven't been as successful or felt their interest to help with my skin.

Seriously the best facials I’ve ever had! Love how my skin feels and looks after seeing Jess. I grab all my face cleansers from Caraco Skin as well, as they too, make my skin look and feel great. I've been using them for about a year now and definitely wouldn’t change! Jess is amazing at what she does and I couldn’t recommend her enough!

Just amazing!!! I trust her with my skin completely. I’m a difficult case suffering with mild rosacea and breakouts and she took such great care of me. Was so relaxing and calming. Particularly love the way she interacts with her clients and how easy it is to understand the science behind my skin.Will definitely be booking again. Oh and she is also amazing at doing brows!!

I went in for a facial with Jess and I loved it. She was very professional. Her communication was exceptional and explained to me what she was going to do. I felt so relaxed and really enjoyed my facial with her. My skin felt great after and I have already booked to go back with Jess for another facial.Highly recommend
