I called Unit Repair on Friday and received a quote over the phone to fix my washing machine. The machine repair person arrived on Monday and fixed my machine quickly. Very nice person and I would recommend him to anyone who wanted an appliance repair. Very happy with the service and attitude of the person who arrived to do the work. Thank you Unit Appliance Pty. They quickly diagnosed the problem and suggested a repair which would cost the same as a new dishwasher. Given the dishwasher was 12.5 years old, I decided on the new dishwasher which they had in their van. Installed in no time. When I used it, one of the spray arms kept falling off. They came the next week to replace the top part of the cabinet inlcuding the spray arm. It was actually caused by me not tightening the spray arm properly. But they didn't complain. Very good service. Thanks for your responsiveness.

Absolutely terrible customer service. The guy hung up on me mid conversation while I was explaining the issue with our appliance. Really hope this isn't the type of service they provide with actual jobs undertaken.

Don’t waste your money hereThey sent their technicians to replace the rubber sealing of my LG front loader and yet there was leaking from underneath ; this cost me around $264On attempt to call them, they promised to come back and kept postponing until they travelled abroad for holidaysThen only to find out with another company that they used the wrong spare and didn’t connect the drain with the pipe which is causing severe leakingNow I need to spend another $300 to fix it and yet they asked me not to call them again until their technicians are back from their holidays!!!!Please save your money and never fall into thisI am proceeding to report these to consumer affairs
