Michael did an excellent job of plumbing in two rainwater tanks. He sent an itemised invoice so all costs were clear and visible. He discussed with me the best way to perform the job so it didn't involve extensive digging or disruption to the site.This was in total contrast to the three plumbers who came and had a look, ensured they would do the job (with lots of digging), and then never turned up.Michael was a pleasure to have on-site. He was polite and friendly and never made me feel silly for asking many questions. He was recommended to me by a retired plumber I met in my workplace. I do not hesitate to recommend Michael for any plumbing job. His customer service matches the quality of his work - excellent!

Michael was very prompt in his response even when I sent an SMS after hours.He found the leak very swiftly, did minimal impact to my lawn and repaired the pipe/join. He even installed a (impromptu) new outdoor tap so I could connect a BBQ sink to it. The work area was left clean and tidy and I was impressed with the replacement of the lawn he had to dig up to get to the leak - couldn't really see where the hole was dug when he was finished.Michael was very easy to talk to, knew his stuff" and was professional with his work.100% recommend Michael Lewis Plumbing"
