So glad there's finally a Bevilles at Eastland! And it's so pretty too! Really great shopping experience and I want to thank Gal for their wonderful advice selecting a gift for my partner! I was so indecisive and Gal was so patient with me haha. Highly recommend If you need lovely jewellery and great advice (even helped me out with metal sensitivities!)

Was there today, stood there waiting for at least 20 minutes and didn’t get a hello or a shouldn’t be long or anything! 2 people working, guy was with a customer on and off and the lady was standing with a customer, walked off, then back to them, mucked around with some coloured paper, spoke to a new person who walked up and then wandered around avoiding us. Not sure what your staff were doing but regardless they were completely rude! You walked past us numerous time, a simple smile, a hello, shouldn’t be too long or anything to acknowledge we were waiting is common customer service. Hate to see how you would handle it if it was busy as neither of the customers you seemed to be attending were buying anything, you were hovering around them.

Yesterday I had Kelsey assist my husband and I with purchasing a ring.Kelsey listened and helped us choose the perfect piece.
