Purchased the bed base pictured (Essentials Tufted Bed Frame with USB) plus a P1 mattress from Margaret. After flooding last month, Margaret made the process so quick and easy and stress free and helped us to meet our budget while still receiving quality products. 100% recommend OMF.

We went to a number of Matress stores before going to OMF. Yvonne from OMF Ipswich was awesome to deal with. After a brief chat she led us straight to the Matress that suited us. It was also $2000 cheaper than the nearest Matress by comparison from another store.

I visited EVERY mattress place in Ipswich and the outer areas.The OMF salesperson, Sue, looked up the mattresses I had liked in other stores, and compared quality features, and their prices to her stock.I learnt so much, was treated so respectfully! We recently purchased a mattress from this store. We had the lovely Sue attending to us and I loved how she didn't come off as trying to sell a product to us. Rather, she allowed us to take our time browsing the different mattresses, answering any of our questions and giving us the space to really determine which product we wanted to purchase. By the end, we had walked out with a really good deal and feeling great with her level of service that made our purchase that more enjoyable.
