The difference that we see in our 10-year-old is remarkable. We’ve done physio, OT and tried podiatry over the last three years, and our son was still complaining daily about aches and pains in his back, hips and knees. He was so achy and uncomfortable that he wasn’t sleeping well, seemed to regress a bit in sports etc. and generally was feeling off and achy. We saw Dave, who ensured that he knew exactly what he was dealing with by sending us for EOS X-rays after the initial assessment. This also gave me confidence that Dave was genuine and wouldn’t just treat my son blindly and risk exacerbating his aches and pains. After finding that my son had a curve in his spine, Dave set about realigning and relieving the pain and pressure it was causing. Three months later, our boy is sleeping better, and he's more focused at school, probably because of improved sleep. His running and swimming technique have improved. His posture is so much better too; the slouch and slumped shoulders have gone. The way he carries himself has improved immensely. But best of all, his pain has gone! We can not thank Dave enough.

When I hobbled into the chiropractor 6mths ago I thought I will give it a go but did not realise how different I feel today. My movement in my body is much more flexible. I am walking much better. I have been shown how to sit properly and my hip is so much better. All the staff are brilliant there. I highly recommend them. I was very sceptical at first but now I'm hooked and have better posture and outlook on life. Thanks Dr Rhys so nice for the hugs that do me good.

I would rate Joshua and the whole practise as 15 out of 10. Joshua truely is the needle in the haystack that all backsufferes are looking for. After 45 years of back pain I know when a chiro is worth even talking to , definitely the best treatment and results ever.

I've been going to Duncraig Chiropractic for two months for lower back/hip pain which I have had on and off for many years which has been getting worse until I started seeing Dr Rhys Hartmann .My range of movement through my lower body is greatly improved. I can bend, stretch, climb stairs with little pain, after a day of manual work and sleeping is far improved.I don't have enough words to say how much Dr Rhys has improved my daily life.Many thanks Emma.

Over the past six months, Rhys has helped me immensely to get my body back into the correct aligned state and to make the changes in my day to day life to ensure I maintain the correct alignment.Having a very sedentary and stressful job, prior to receiving treatment from Rhys, I was experiencing 3-4 head aches a week and was constantly having to resort to pain relief. Dr Brittney is a very competent chiropractic practitioner that has always been able to fix my upper back pain that I get from time to time. The Duncraig’s ABC techniques have certainly helped me a lot better than other conventional practices. I would recommend her to anyone.
