Mansfield Mt.Buller Bus Lines

Bus service cancelled 4 days before departure, no call, just email notification and no follow up. On return trip, bus cancelled on the same day in the morning. Luckily the drivers are more understanding than the lady at the counter. Sorry but this should be zero star from me, tickets are pricey.

I made an error in a booking and spoke with a man on the phone. I’d made a lot of bookings and one was incorrect. He gave great customer service to fix it. The bus ran on time every day. One day conditions coming down the mountain were horrible but I felt safe in the bus. I would use this service again to get myself from Mansfield to Mt Buller Village. Easy, efficient and customer friendly

I haven't had the chance to ride on this bus because of the COVID lockdown that came suddenly around 16th of July 2021. As a result the trip was cancelled, and apart from that it took 2 months to get my refund, 10$ were deducted from my refund under Admin fees. So I don't understand why was I supposed to pay for something that got cancelled because of a government decision? I know that the company is trying not to lose money but I don't want to lose money either especially for something that wasn't my fault. Thus, although I haven't had experience with using the bus itself for transportation, I have experienced the customer service and policy and I am not happy with it at all.

Friendly staff and drivers. Got us to the top of the mountain and back. Carpark was convenient. Quite expensive when paying for 4 people (up and back) could be a little cheaper.

Very dependable, good value, avoids messing around with chains, car parks, waiting for taxis, and you get to your lodge sooner unless you're distant from the terminal.

Book the ticker for 5 people but could not go and need to cancel. I called them asap 1 week in advance and they happy to refund minus fee. Since then does not matter call or email numerous times, i have never received my refund. Be aware and for me never used this service again

Poor customer service, one good driver, couple of rude ones. Buses ok. The service is very expensive. The depot in Mansfield is very dated and looking tired with no waiting room seating inside. Unfortunately not a great experience. Please take this review as a constructive one to improve the service and nothing else :)

Ticketing Service is utterly rubbish. Can't make any changes to time schedule and had to cancel those tickets of $460 which was supposed to be refunded within 21 days. Still waiting on my refunds. The lady on customer service has no other way of handling such situation other than depending on the IT Team" to actually do it."
