I have moved a lot in the past 5 years. I always used local business because I though its cheaper and better. I was wrong because Geace removalist is the best and cheap I had ever had. They packed your stuff better than any other companies I've used before. I can tell the boys ( Aaron & Gavin) are loving what they are doing and really happy to be a part of Grace Removalist. The office people, Jessica and Tyson are also very helpful and willing to help. I never thought I could get this great service for a Franchise company. Thanks to everyone at Grace. You guys are far above other companies around here. Keep up the good work. Cheers!

Contact with the Grace representative was very prompt and assessment of the quantity of goods to be trransported was accurate. No issues with supplying additional packaging and wrapping for finalising the household uplift.The team of removalists were very efficient and professional and accomplished the uplift in minimum time and efficiency and were very helpful and friendly. Delivery to our new premises was also professional and efficient and carried out with care and due diligence. Safety of the goods and the team were upheld.I would recommend Grace to anyone contemplating a move.

We had a short time to move between states. After organising a quote, we received it the following day and arranged to move within 6 days. Price was competitive to other companies and we were kept informed throughout the process. We packed our own belongings however Grace removals supplied extra boxes for us at no extra cost. The team that arrived to load and pack up the furniture were fantastic. Very efficient and when we unpacked at the other end, nothing was damaged. At our new home the second team were also professional and friendly. Thanks Grace removals - our journey was made easy.

Grace provided us with a fantastic service of uplift from our location in Rockhampton and delivery of our furniture to Tannum Sands - Ivan assisted us with quoting and keeping in contact in regards to dates and times all whilst maintaining absolutely outstanding customer service. The three men that did our uplift and delivery were quick, efficient and polite and happy to help with what they could, I definitely could not fault them - in future moves I will definitely be using Grace again, not only did they keep all our furniture and belongings in perfect condition they also provided perfect customer service through out.

When some damage occurred to 2 of my flat pack style shelves. They were the ones calling me and trying to reimburse me for the damage (at a fair rate) ASAP. Pleasantly surprising.Everything was picked up and arrived on time.Very fast and stress free if you need to make a claim against damaged goods and all round professional service.
