We were looking for a large rug and been shopping around for weeks then came across DecoRug in Nunawading. The 14 day change of mind policy is really good. Excellent staff that are always willing to help out and listen. Rugs are also made of high quality and have no problems with them.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANYI have had the worst experience with both head office and store.Head office don’t return calls or emails.I have had no customer service what so ever and they cancelled install 3 times costing me 1.5 weeks worth of rent as my new tenant couldn’t move in.Even after they eventually installed the carpet they didn’t even both calling me to tell me it was done.

We recently purchased our rug from DecoRug and we were so impressed with the customer service and advice from the store. Angela was so knowledgeable and really helped us with our decision. Zac, who happened to be visiting from Sydney, as their regional manager, for the weekend was also amazing. Everyone in the store was so fantastic, that I will definitely be going back.
