Bought the Satisfier on Friday. Threw it away. Have had it before and enjoyed it but this box had 3 pieces of full on well done crumbs with very little chicken sitting on bag of about 15 chips. Pineapple was not cooked as prior orders. Won’t go back

My rating is purely based on my experience today, and on the girl that served me around lunch time.Her dedication to her work, backed up with her great customer service, is a clear indication on how the performances of one person can influence the perception of how a place is.Her work should be commended. It was a girl with black hair who served at the counter.

Food not cooked to our specifications. Dirty store. Staff look like they dont want to be there (no matter what time of the day we go).We will still go back with hopes of it improving

This will be the 2nd time I’ve received an unsatisfactory “classic roast” for 1.Rather poor attempt - with way to many sweet potato fries, a couple of 1/4 pieces of roast potato and a spoon full of over cooked peas with a touch of gravy and 1/4 piece of chicken- took a pic happy to post or share if it was available to do, certainly not appealing. wouldn’t recommend.

Frustrating... They change the product but advertise it as the same thing.RIP Rippa/ Strip sub....*** You replying saying contact us, is not right.I've tried a many times now contacting via email or website and get no reply***Customer service is horrible at red rooster.

Went to red rooster today and the staff were nice, the place is tidy and food is good for a quick bite. They open from 10am to 10pm, 7 days a week, however if it's a slow night they'll close at 930pm.

I have to say this has to be one of the most disappointing purchases I have ever made. For 3.5 bucks each, the fried chicken is basically rubbish. The dry kibbles my dog eats everyday is more moist and probably does not taste as dried out. The crunchy" coating looks like the skin falling off the face of a 100yo witch. Same goes with the buttermilk wings

This was a very unpleasant experience! I order 6 pieces or Reds Hot Fried Chicken. I’ve ordered this at Windsor and Mt Pritchard stores and they have given it to me in a box that doesn’t have any opening on the bottom. Rouse Hill Red Rooster did not do that! They gave it to me in a normal box. I placed it on my passenger seat and the Reds Hot Sauce seeped out and went all over the seat!! It didn’t stop there! I was looking for wipes or serviettes to clean it up but they didn’t put any in the bag!! I went back around drive-thru but they lady couldn’t do anything to help but double bag it, which was pointless as it seeped through that bag too! The chicken was somewhat dry as all the good sauce had saturated my seat! I did ring up around 5:50pm to inform the manager that I’d be writing this review. Luke (manager) did apologise and offered to replace my meal. He was absolutely lovely and couldn’t stop apologising, which calmed me down a lot. The only saving grace about this stores is the lovely staff. That is the only reason I am giving 2 stars. Please fix your boxes to accommodate your products or just don’t sell Reds Hot Fried Chicken!

Food was OK. chicken tenders way over priced at $12 for a tiny serve. The only major issue is the hit blaring sun shining into the restaurant of an afternoon. No wonder I was there on my own at 6:30pm
