ZERO STARS Clear biased with the family they showed house to speaking in their own language which is unprofessional. You as a real estate agent have failed in your duty to not engage in any deceptive conduct blatantly ignored all correspondence from my end and explicitly lied about the status of contract and house.

Sonny and the boys do a great job.However one/more of the ladies who took care of my property, could have done much better.I can read emails, and I can understand it. But to ask one lady to contact the tenant for further information is like asking the sky to rain.She re-read the email to me, and in the end I have spent more money than I should have to have my property repaired.Also, after changing hands to another Real Estate Agent due to being uncomfortable when asking for help, Laing and Simmons sent me an email for overdue water bills which included 4 instalments.So for a whole year, the tenant did not pay for their water usage.What is the role of the Real Estate agent for then ?Pretty sad experience I must say.
