Friendly staff, no longer waits

I’ve come in with my wife today 26th December 22 and found the male nurse to be very regimental and non sympathetic to my wife’s pain and issue even the first contact and phone call was rude, asking personal questions such as her age and questioning her knowledge of her problem, as we work in age care andmy wife was at work today and had to leave work ( nursing staff supportive at work ) even driving my wife home. The experience today is terrible, but I guess it’s what we need to put up with in this day and age.Sad it is

Very happy with this hospital. My partner is anaphylactic to bees and was stung while we were travelling past. They got us in immediately before her reaction took off and were highly accommodating and warm to both of us.

Drove to Millicent (60ks away from home) Saturday 25th August after being told a long wait at our local hospital, they welcomed us and got him in ASAP! Admitted him and two young ladies went out of there way to make him comfortable for the transfer I couldn’t recommend enough! I wish I had of got there names but thankyou!
