I have found our Strata Manager, Zahid to be a very honest. responsible person. He always takes decisions fairly with the view to bring the best outcome for all. Never acts in haste, his suggestions are always well thought out, with precautions taken to avoid future unexpected consequences. Above all always friendly, polite, respectful & willing to help. I am, very happy to have him as our property manager.

We were with strata choice (other strata company) for years, they were day time robbers, very professional in creating fake invoices. Than we came across Iconic property care. Mr. Zahid is super professional, responsible, responsive and the most important thing is He is extremely honest. We are with him since almost 2 years now. I can say behalf of all other unit owners. We are extremely happy. 5 stars to his effecient services and care.
