We come across Rental Properties and liaised with Marie and Tracey who have been extremely pleasant and easy to work with from the first visit to the day the new tenants took possession. As we were 4hrs away, we needed some assistance with regards to building completion, and they were happy to assist as part of the service. This was well above and beyond what we expected, and are very appreciative of this as it saved us hours of time. If I could give zero stars I would. We paid for numerous repairs over our 5.5yrs with NO compensation.And have now been lied to and made to repair a house which should be regarded as fair wear and tear upon vacating. Even our cleaner was lied to by them!!!Disgusting. So glad I never have to deal with them again. Nerissa and Terri are quite possibly the laziest and most unprofessional property managers I have ever dealt with

I’ve not long started renting through rental properties PMQ. The whole process has been so easy and stress free. Jordan has been wonderful and gone above and beyond. The office is so nicely decorated and welcoming and all of the staff I have had to deal with have been very helpful and polite.

I found Rental Properties Port Macquarie to be adequately proffesional and honest in my time renting with them. There are far, far worse out there to deal with in my experience.I never had a problem getting a return call from my agent. They didn't hassle me with excessive inspections. I look back at this experience with great appreciation of their efforts compared to my current agents. But thats a different review.
