Happy with the product. Competitive prices but the real value I found was in the detail that their installer went to to overcome some not so obvious difficulties. The end result was a functional good looking pair of Ziptrak blinds on our back deck.

East Coast Shade Design supplied and installed a 5m hexagonal Skyspan Sunset umbrella in our pool area. Tim and the company would be one of the most thorough and professional companies we have dealt with. The installation went so smoothly for such a large structure. The finished product looks fabulous and works great in the location. I highly recommend East Coast Shade Design.

I’d love to know how to motivate Tim - he suggested a couple of cost driving options on a Markilux blind and I would have been happy to proceed. The trouble was that he ignored my emails after that. In person the was happy to quote on another project but I never got another response from him.My project will go ahead but I’ll have to find someone that responds to my emails.

Very glad we reached out to Tim. I started with one shade solution in mind, but Tim suggested a more appropriate product which suits our space and environment much better. He took the time to understand our needs, shared ideas and experience, and his communication was excellent from start to finish.
